Requirements
Must:
- Enthusiasm for customer service and assisting individuals in resolving their issues.
- Fundamental computer knowledge and eagerness to learn about various software, devices, and networks.
- Effective communication skills with the capability to articulate information clearly.
- Ability to maintain organization and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and support requests through email, chat, or ticketing platforms like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Assist customers with basic technical challenges, including software issues and device configuration.
- Troubleshoot computer or mobile device issues and guide users with straightforward solutions.
- Provide detailed instructions for common IT tasks such as password resets, account logins, or network connections.
- Forward more intricate problems to seasoned team members while keeping the customer updated.
- Accurately document customer interactions to facilitate follow-up and issue resolution tracking.
- Uphold a friendly, professional, and supportive demeanor during all customer interactions.
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and approachable Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, offering clear and helpful guidance. While prior IT knowledge is not necessary, we provide extensive training to equip you with the skills to support users with software, devices, and basic technical issues.
