We are seeking an Entry Level Product Support/Tech Support/Customer Service Representative who is organized, dedicated, and hands-on. Ideal candidates should be meticulous, detail-oriented, and possess a positive, can-do attitude. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate technical aptitude, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong phone communication abilities and proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Word, are essential. A high level of organization and attention to detail is required for this role.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for providing customer service and technical support for our massage chair products. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues, managing and assisting with field repair efforts via third-party contractors, performing light assembly and testing, and overseeing parts inventory management.
