IT Administrator & Systems Analyst

- Provide essential support to the Construction and Property Management teams to ensure optimal operational functionality - Set up, configure, and deploy new hardware for office personnel, including desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals - Manage and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners to minimize downtime - Conduct regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on hardware as required - Keep a precise and current inventory of all IT assets and equipment - Spearhead the IT onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their workstations, accounts, and access rights are established before their first day - Install, configure, and update software applications, including standard office suites and company-specific tools - Oversee user accounts, licenses, and permissions across various company platforms - Serve as the primary contact for office staff facing hardware, software, or connectivity challenges - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently and patiently - Offer clear and accessible guidance to non-technical personnel on using company software and hardware effectively - Log and monitor support requests to identify recurring problems and develop long-term solutions - Monitor and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wireless networks to ensure secure and stable connectivity - Assist in establishing network infrastructure for new office expansions or temporary setups - Ensure adherence to basic cybersecurity protocols, including endpoint protection, firewall maintenance, and regular backups
