Responsibilities
- I will have you install, manage, and troubleshoot network security solutions.
- You will update software with the newest security patches and ensure that proper defenses are in place for every network resource.
- I need you to perform vulnerability and penetration tests, recognizing and mitigating threats, as well as developing disaster recovery plans.
- You will be responsible for configuring security systems, assessing security requirements, and recommending enhancements.
- I expect you to monitor physical systems and report any deficiencies while suggesting efficient processes for staff interactions with Microsoft 365 and other IT services.
- You will track network traffic for unusual activity.
- I will need you to create network policies and authorization roles to defend against unauthorized access, alterations, and destruction.
- You will consult with staff, managers, and executives regarding the best security practices and provide technical guidance.
- I’ll ask you to configure and support security tools, such as firewalls and antivirus software.
- You will train staff on understanding and utilizing security protocols.
- There will be a willingness required to visit national and international job sites as necessary.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health insurance, health savings accounts, paid time off, and vision insurance. To apply, you must have 5 years of experience in system security and be willing to relocate to Xenia, OH 45385 before your start date. The work will be conducted in person.
