Requirements
Must:
- Strong customer service focus with outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of effective time management.
- Competence in PC environments; knowledge of macOS is advantageous.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, applications, and platforms.
- Relevant experience in technical support, customer service, or IT roles (e.g., technician, trainer, systems administrator).
- Preferred: Experience with MLS systems or other real estate technology tools.
- Preferred: Call Center support experience.
- Preferred: Technical certifications or post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to our members through phone, email, remote access, or in-person interactions for MLS and other real estate platforms.
- Research, document, and track support cases and enhancement requests.
- Help build and maintain a knowledge base of support resources and solutions.
- Engage in internal technology projects and collaborate with cross-departmental IT initiatives.
- Provide assistance with internal user support, including hardware and software installations and upgrades.
