- I am looking for a candidate with 1–3 years of experience in technical support for software or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A comfort level with collaborating across various teams, including developers and product managers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Optional: A basic understanding of relational databases and ability to write simple SQL queries (such as SELECT, JOIN, WHERE).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Zendesk) and collaborative tools is a plus.
- Exposure to SaaS or multi-tenant software platforms and experience in client-facing support roles are also desirable.

Responsibilities
We expect you to:
- Track and resolve issues by logging, monitoring, and responding to support tickets from internal users and clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Document known issues, resolutions, and procedures for workarounds.
- Conduct basic SQL queries to extract data for reports and assist with verifying data accuracy in various systems, such as invoices and transactions.
- Raise awareness of any discrepancies or unusual patterns to relevant teams.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions across multiple software platforms, adjusting basic settings as necessary.
- Support onboarding of new clients or users by configuring initial settings.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports using internal tools and SQL.
- Maintain internal documentation for support processes, client-specific setups, and FAQs.
- Address client queries regarding software behavior, settings, or data, and follow up on requests for clarification or additional information.
- Assist in testing and implementing minor software changes or feature enhancements.

Description
This position will offer necessary training to help you succeed. I am searching for a dependable and detail-oriented Software Support Assistant to join our technical team and support the daily operations of various internal and client-facing software platforms. In this role, you will engage in software testing, issue triaging, data checks, report generation, user account setups, and light troubleshooting. The ideal fit for this position is someone who is tech-savvy, well-organized, and comfortable utilizing SQL to investigate or resolve software-related questions.
