Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT management and leadership
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems, specifically TMW.Suite
- Expertise in system integration and data migration processes
- Familiarity with training development and change management strategies
- Understanding of IT operations, including cloud environments and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant degree in Information Technology or a related field
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the onboarding process for the TMW Transportation Management System
- Plan and execute all phases of the TMW implementation program
- Configure system integrations to ensure seamless functionality
- Manage data migration activities for successful transition
- Organize and facilitate training sessions for users
- Oversee change management to minimize disruption during the transition
- Ensure a successful move to live operations
- Manage comprehensive IT operations, including infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Supervise hardware and software procurement and helpdesk support
- Maintain IT compliance and drive strategic technology initiatives
Description

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year, with a work environment that emphasizes collaboration and professional development.
