Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center and customer service environment.
- Must have technical support experience.
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- A+ certification is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a positive demeanor are essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical support and sales/billing inquiries from start to finish.
- Accurately document and track customer concerns.
- Conduct initial assessment and troubleshooting of issues.
- Proactively escalate urgent matters as needed.
- Collaborate with support team members on diagnosing, reviewing, and resolving client inquiries.
- Suggest service enhancements and automation initiatives to elevate service quality and manage costs.
- Undertake administrative tasks and additional responsibilities as required.
