Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- Proficient in LoadRunner for performance testing
- Experienced with AppDynamics for application monitoring
- Familiarity with LogRocket for end-user experience analysis
- Skilled in analyzing system and application logs using Splunk
- Knowledge of database queries, especially with Postgres
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Ability to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth performance testing to simulate real-user traffic using LoadRunner
- Monitor applications in real-time with AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks quickly
- Analyze system and application logs with Splunk to pinpoint inefficiencies
- Enhance user experience visibility by incorporating LogRocket into monitoring practices
- Collaborate across teams (development, DevOps, infrastructure, and database) to identify and resolve performance issues
- Lead initiatives in performance engineering and apply optimization techniques
- Manage migration and performance tuning of platforms from WebLogic to AWS
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD processes to ensure ongoing validation
- Design proactive monitoring strategies utilizing AWS Cloud, AppDynamics, and LogRocket
- Develop and implement performance benchmarking strategies for key releases
- Ensure application stability and uptime during high-load scenarios and migrations
- Transition performance testing environments to LoadRunner Cloud for improved flexibility
- Produce detailed performance analysis reports with KPIs and insights for enhancement
- Refine infrastructure configurations to optimize processing efficiency and response times
- Continuously oversee production environments to mitigate potential performance issues
