Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis position, emphasizing data cleaning, reporting, and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical capabilities to handle large datasets and interpret intricate data.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau; Power BI is also acceptable).
- Experience with ERP systems and their role in data analysis, with a strong preference for Epicor ERP, including dashboard development and BAQ creation.
- Understanding of data architecture principles.
- Proficient in SQL, capable of querying, updating, and manipulating large datasets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the FP&A Manager and business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and create regular reports in Tableau.
- Design and develop user-friendly, visually appealing dashboards to aid business decision-making.
- Build and manage Epicor dashboards that deliver operational and financial insights across the organization.
- Create and enhance Business Activity Queries (BAQs) within Epicor to support reporting and data extraction requirements.
- Oversee and maintain data sources, including those connected via Excel exports and Tableau Bridge.
- Ensure the reliability and accuracy of reporting outputs.
- Document dashboards, data sources, and workflows to promote reproducibility and adopt best practices.
- Safeguard data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems, particularly ERP (Epicor) data.
- Keep datasets current for timely reporting and analysis.
- Execute data cleansing, validation, and enhancement processes to boost data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Identify automation opportunities and streamline data workflows.
- Create, update, and modify database fields and structures to adapt to evolving business needs.

In this role, you will utilize your analytical expertise to manage extensive datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data needs.
