Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field/n- Proven experience in microelectronics or advanced assembly techniques/n- Strong understanding of deposition processes (plating, evaporation)/n- Knowledge of photolithography and metallization etching/n- Familiarity with high-precision assembly and epoxy molding/n- Capability to analyze and troubleshoot process challenges/n- Excellent teamwork and communication skills/n- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident/n- Eligibility for security clearance under controlled goods program
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop new assembly processes for cutting-edge products/n- Participate in the selection and qualification of new production tools/n- Configure equipment for experimental setups and production processes/n- Conduct chemical analyses for process control/n- Lead the execution of defined experimental plans/n- Address and resolve process issues as they arise/n- Assist in the installation and qualification of new equipment/n- Support activities aimed at bringing the developed products into production/n- Engage in continuous improvement of assembly techniques and technologies
