Requirements
Must:
- Citizen of Canada or permanent resident required
- Experience managing IBM WebSphere (WAS), Load Balancer, Maximo, Asmview, TSM, and AIX environments
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, such as LDAP, Kerberos, and access management
- Familiarity with IBM Cloudpacks and containerized environments
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Perl, and Shell (sh/ksh/bash)
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) processes and operational continuity
- Experience with incident monitoring and management tools like Tivoli Netcool/Impact, OMNIbus, and Instana
- Ability to integrate Watsonx AI solutions for optimization and automation
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of various IBM environments
- Ensure security measures are upheld through LDAP and Kerberos management
- Assist in deploying and maintaining IBM Cloudpacks and container solutions
- Design and implement automation scripts in Python, Perl, and Shell
- Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) processes and business continuity strategies
- Collaborate on incident management and monitoring utilizing various tools
- Contribute to the integration of AI solutions for enhanced operational efficiency
