Must:

- Comprehensive understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, data lifecycle management, and model deployment techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative development.
- Expertise in product analytics tools and data visualization software.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to convey technical insights in terms of business value.
- Capability to coordinate dependencies among teams and foresee potential risks during product delivery.
- Experience with enterprise AI products or platforms (preferred).
- Awareness of AI ethical frameworks and responsible AI practices (preferred).
- Comfort in collaborating with global teams across various time zones and cultures (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Establish and steer the product strategy for AI and data-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to produce high-quality features and models.
- Convert intricate technical capabilities (e.g., machine learning models, data pipelines, APIs) into straightforward product requirements and user narratives.
- Manage product backlog prioritization through data-informed frameworks and maintain alignment with the product roadmap and key performance indicators.
- Promote ethical AI practices by incorporating fairness, transparency, and compliance throughout the product development process.
- Track product performance utilizing analytical tools and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Articulate the product vision, strategy, and progress to both internal and external stakeholders, including executives and clients.
- Advocate for user experience and usability in AI interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive and inspire trust.
