Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of a modern web platform to enhance user experience
- Aid users in understanding product functionality and integration into their workflows
- Support users in operational tasks, including troubleshooting and feature deployment
- Contribute to product enhancements to explore new use cases and integrations
- Coordinate work across sprints, milestones, and releases
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams including developers and designers
- Identify and address obstacles that hinder progress or create dependencies
- Organize communication through standups, planning sessions, and status updates
- Monitor project health through tracking of timelines, scope, risks, and resources
- Document processes and choices to maintain team alignment and awareness
- Manage schedules and dependencies across various workstreams
- Identify risks proactively and collaborate on mitigation strategies
