Requirements

Must:
- Experience with software installation and new workstation setup - Skilled in troubleshooting network, software, and printing challenges - Ability to diagnose and rectify hardware issues on desktops and laptops - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook) - Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11, Server 2008, Server 2012) - Strong customer service capabilities; prior help desk experience is a plus - Familiarity with Basys, Highland Onbase, and other fund administration systems is a bonus but not mandatory - Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline is favored but not essential - Strong work ethics and effective time management skills are critical for success in this role - Physical demands include working in a standard office environment with specific requirements, such as setting up meeting areas and lifting boxes as necessary.

Responsibilities

- Generate reports and securely transmit files to business partners via SFTP (50%) - Provide support for various office hardware including computers, printers, phones, and faxes (20%) - Assist employees and participants with account modifications and password resets (15%) - Collaborate with the IT Manager on ongoing projects and daily operations (10%) - Evaluate and implement new hardware and software solutions (5%)
