Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UX design
- Bachelors Degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
- Professional portfolio displaying design samples
- Proficiency in visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills to navigate complex workloads
- Familiarity with Microsoft Workfront is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, including understanding backend and frontend technology interaction
- Experience with component-based content management systems
- Understanding of digital content strategy
- Ability to collaborate effectively to create high-performing user interfaces
- Strong communication skills for clear presentations on user experience decisions
- Awareness of current UX trends and design technologies
Responsibilities
- Manage the information architecture across our websites to enhance user experience and create seamless digital journeys
- Lead core content modeling workshops to develop structure and strategy for web content in collaboration with content strategists, copywriters, and visual designers
- Construct wireframes and interactive prototypes, partnering with visual designers and developers to bring them to life
- Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct and analyze user research studies
- Work alongside business analysts to finalize technical specifications and maintain thorough documentation
- Design user-friendly forms of varying complexity for customer ease
- Stay informed on recent UX studies and research to implement effective design elements in our digital experiences
- Oversee web governance, advocating for ongoing accessibility and UX enhancements
- Create, update, and manage content within a content management system
- Understand web analytics and website performance metrics, including A/B testing results
