Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with P.Eng. certification
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in the electrical power industry
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
Responsibilities
- Provide training on products and applications while overseeing the customer technical support team
- Deliver technical assistance to marketing for the creation of presentations, brochures, and manuals
- Lead and manage the resistor engineering team, implementing best practices for resistor-based product design
- Function as project manager for the development of resistive load banks
- Aide field application engineers in addressing customer application challenges
- Collaborate with manufacturing to adopt automated testing protocols
Description
We are a growing company seeking a Technical Support Manager to bolster our product offerings and technical support capabilities. This on-site position in Mississauga will report to our Vice President of Engineering. In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, we offer standard medical and RRSP benefits, along with extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, and paid time off.
