Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, implementation, or training, preferably in a software or technology-focused setting.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting principles; capability to analyze logs and identify issues.
- Proven experience in developing and managing training materials, user manuals, and support documentation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and adept at managing various tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site implementations, training, and partner support.
- Flexible, solution-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee product implementations and provide daily support for internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Create, refine, and enhance release playbooks, onboarding resources, and support documentation.
- Design and conduct training for internal staff, partners, and end users, including on-site assistance as required.
- Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure support processes are in sync with the product roadmap and release schedules.
- Act as the main point of contact for end-user queries, troubleshooting hardware (such as tablets and printers), networking, and software issues.
- Analyze support trends and propose process enhancements to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Assist with preparations for product releases, including documentation, training logistics, and support framework establishment.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, comprehensive benefits including employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan with company matching. The position is available for onsite work in Richmond, VA, or remote based on the candidates location and business requirements.
