Information Systems IT Leadership Intern

- Engage with guests, team members, and fellow supervisors on a daily basis - Collaborate with a diverse team - Work cooperatively with all staff members and Park management - Assist guests and team members with technology-related issues - Execute responsibilities associated with Help Desk Management - Document all end-user communications in the Six Flags help desk system to ensure timely responses to all inquiries and work requests - Provide hardware and software support for operational and administrative systems, as well as custom and third-party software and corporate-supported business systems - Ensure the information systems infrastructure at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Rockford is well-maintained and functional - Monitor the performance of the Local Area Network (LAN) - Adhere strictly to corporate security policies and procedures - Deliver first-level end-user support for all in-park and back-office users - Coordinate and escalate support issues to the relevant local park management, corporate, and/or third-party support teams as needed - Monitor and troubleshoot local SF Media Networks and audio hardware and software - Participate in status calls or meetings to discuss initiatives or park requirements - Assist in maintaining all documentation related to user access rights and roles - Communicate with Park Management Personnel regarding system status and downtime - Oversee and maintain park surveillance systems - Investigate and document violations of policies and procedures - Uphold grooming and uniform standards consistently - Ensure and implement all park policies and procedures fairly and equitably at all times - Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively - Manage multiple projects with great attention to detail while working with minimal supervision
