Senior AI Product Manager

- Support the product vision and strategy for applied AI solutions within designated teams and products. - Convert business goals and user requirements into product roadmaps and design strategies. - Help refine product principles and user experience standards within the team. - Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and user investigations to guide product direction. - Define metrics for product success, including KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess user adoption and satisfaction. - Assist in product positioning and support go-to-market tactics. - Participate in the design of AI applications, including GenAI interfaces and intelligent automation. - Facilitate brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and workshops to hasten product development. - Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups to convey product vision. - Create engaging user interfaces and experiences for AI-oriented tools, dashboards, and applications. - Maintain and enhance design systems, component libraries, and UI/UX patterns for AI products. - Implement human-centered design principles and design thinking approaches to tackle complex challenges. - Foster innovation and contribute to experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative design techniques. - Aid in developing reusable product frameworks and design patterns that amplify platform team productivity. - Assist in maintaining design systems, guidelines, templates, and best practices for AI product development. - Collaborate on product playbooks and frameworks for AI use cases. - Apply service design frameworks in delivering AI solutions. - Integrate information architecture standards and data visualization techniques within the teams scope. - Work on interaction design patterns for AI/ML experiences. - Advance accessibility standards and inclusive design protocols for AI products. - Carry out user research to gain insights into the needs, behaviors, and challenges of AI product users. - Perform usability testing, user interviews, and feedback sessions to validate product concepts. - Develop user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for AI solutions. - Analyze user behavior data and product metrics to drive design enhancements. - Convert research findings into actionable insights and design suggestions. - Maintain communication loops between users, product teams, and platform teams.
