Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in product design, service design, UX/UI design, or product management roles
- Demonstrated success in creating AI/ML products within enterprise settings
- Proven history of developing impactful digital products from conception to launch
- Practical hands-on experience in constructing design systems, frameworks, and reusable components
- Solid foundation in both consumer-facing and enterprise B2B product design
- Experience with conversational AI interfaces, GenAI applications, or intelligent automation tools
- Leadership experience in designing data-driven applications and analytics platforms
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and FigJam
- Advanced skills in user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, and interaction design
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
- Familiarity with design thinking, human-centered design, and service design methodologies
- Skilled in prototyping techniques including high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Experience in data visualization and working with complex data sets and analytics
- Deep understanding of AI/ML principles and their relevance to product design
- Experience with GenAI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering
- Awareness of RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval systems for AI applications
- Familiarity with conversational AI design patterns and natural language interfaces
- Knowledgeable about responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and ethical design practices
- Understanding of API design and integration patterns for AI services
- Experience working with uncertainty, model confidence, and AI explainability
- Strong capabilities in user research, including interviewing, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies
- Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Developed product strategy including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and backlog management
- Ability to distill complex information into actionable product requirements
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative design processes
- Capacity to build business cases and ROI models for product investments
- Strong problem-solving abilities while balancing innovation with execution
- Proficient in storytelling and presentation skills for effectively communicating design vision
- Strong collaborative abilities within and between teams
- Capable of receiving and providing constructive design feedback

Responsibilities
- Support and help realize product vision and strategy for applied AI solutions within designated teams or products
- Transform business goals and user preferences into engaging product roadmaps and design strategies
- Apply and refine product principles and user experience standards within the team
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user insights to guide product direction
- Establish product success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to monitor user engagement and satisfaction
- Contribute to product positioning and assist with go-to-market strategies
- Lead product design for designated AI applications, including GenAI interfaces and intelligent automation
- Facilitate ideation sessions, design sprints, and workshops to quicken product development
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups to convey product vision
- Create user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI-powered tools, dashboards, and applications
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and UI/UX pattern databases for AI products
- Utilize human-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges
- Develop reusable product frameworks and design patterns to enhance platform team efficiency
- Contribute to design systems, guidelines, and templates that define best practices for AI product development
- Collaborate on product playbooks and frameworks for various AI use cases
- Implement service design frameworks for AI solution delivery
- Apply information architecture standards and data visualization principles for team activities
- Assist in crafting interaction design patterns for AI/ML experiences
- Create accessibility standards and inclusive design guidelines specific to AI products
- Conduct user research to gain insights into needs, behaviors, and challenges faced by AI product users
- Perform usability testing, user interviews, and feedback sessions to validate product designs
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for AI solutions
- Analyze user behavior data and product analytics to drive design enhancements
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations
- Maintain communication loops between users, product teams, and platform teams
