AV Technology Specialist

- Capture high-quality video content for both internal and external communications, including b-roll, interviews, and live events - Take part in planning and executing town hall productions, acting as technical director and operating the necessary switching software - Set up, operate, and maintain all production equipment, particularly camera, audio, lighting, and AV gear, emphasizing best practices in DMX and interview lighting - Experience programming and operating ETC lighting consoles is a plus and any relevant DMX certifications are welcomed - Collaborate with fellow AV team members to ensure smooth execution of events and production of content - Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders professionally, showcasing effective communication skills - Edit video materials using the full Adobe Suite, applying current techniques and staying up-to-date with industry best practices - Organize and manage production assets, project files, and inventory of equipment - Cultivate a positive, solution-focused team environment while demonstrating a strong work ethic - Keep abreast of emerging AV technologies, software updates, and production trends
