Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical experience
- Valid state drivers license
- 5 years of relevant network experience
- Extensive knowledge of networking and desktop technologies
- Proficient in router configuration and network provider services
- Familiarity with various operating systems and experience in installation and administration
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conceptual abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to rapidly changing technology with application to business needs
- Knowledge of firewalls, Layer 2-3 switching, routers, wireless access points, and IP cameras
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Exchange Server
- Understanding of security implementation and documentation requirements
Responsibilities
- Analyze the network infrastructure to enhance productivity and reduce overall costs
- Use a variety of testing tools to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
- Assess and optimize network design to satisfy user needs through feasibility studies
- Guide the enhancement of systems to fulfill organizational requirements
- Develop and test network communication products, providing technical direction
- Troubleshoot network usage, workstations, and computer peripherals
- Deliver network design, support, and disaster recovery services
- Create precise documentation and diagrams for networks and systems
- Perform additional duties as needed
