Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of two years in IT systems support or a related field
- Associates degree in computer science or equivalent experience is preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues of various complexities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications such as VMware, Cisco, or Microsoft are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and remote technical assistance to credit union staff
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, and Apple Mac systems
- Set up, configure, and ensure the efficiency of related peripheral devices for users
- Resolve errors and challenges associated with end-user PCs and peripherals
- Liaise with third-party support for user system needs when required
- Provide exceptional end-user support, addressing inquiries and problem resolution
- Identify and fix technology-related issues effectively
- Manage and oversee assigned systems, ensuring robust problem resolution and support services
