- Diagnose and resolve system issues
- Upgrade and remotely install software on client systems
- Support research and development testing for software engineers
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 33% of the time)
- Collaborate with the client team and interact effectively with all personnel to ensure optimal customer outcomes
