Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, including internships or co-op work
- Associates Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to empathize with end users
- Technical expertise across various software, hardware, and applications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize
- Experience utilizing ticketing systems to monitor incidents
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot
- Comprehensive knowledge of network and desktop environments
- Capable of providing clear verbal instructions patiently to non-technical users
Responsibilities
- Assist users by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware
- Implement effective solutions while maintaining a log of incidents via ticketing systems
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and support initiatives
- Provide instructions and guidance to users in a friendly and approachable manner
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery
Description
We are offering a 3-6 month contract opportunity at our Boston location, paying between $25 and $28 per hour.
