Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Teams and SharePoint
- In-depth knowledge of desktop, laptop, and printer hardware
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Capability to support Microsoft Office applications
- AS or BS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of pertinent IT experience, including at least 2 years in a Tier 2 support role
- Strong background in customer service
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops for both new and existing employees
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating to Tier 3 as needed
- Provide assistance with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint
- Troubleshoot multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and issues with remote connectivity
Description
