Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in a large-scale enterprise setting, preferably within the banking sector.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Ardoq or LeanIX.
- Strong grasp of cloud computing, microservices architecture, API management, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and solutions is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in the banking field.
Responsibilities
- Design and sustain comprehensive architectural blueprints covering our total IT infrastructure, applications, data, and technology platforms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish technology strategies and roadmaps that bolster business growth, innovation, and agility in the banking sector.
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions, performing detailed assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.
- Develop and implement architectural governance processes to guarantee compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices in banking.
- Facilitate communication and alignment on architectural decisions and priorities among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead and guide development teams, promoting architectural best practices and mentoring junior architects focused on banking-specific requirements.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies within the architecture and implement strategies to mitigate disruption to banking operations.
- Keep informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and ongoing improvements within our technology landscape.
