- Process and manage member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Sell money orders and gift cards while facilitating cash advances for members and guests
- Maintain and balance cash drawer on a daily basis
- Assist in scheduling and overseeing daily teller operations
- Support training for new staff members and evaluate performance, ensuring exceptional service for all members

At HFCU, located in the Sugar Land Branch of Houston, Texas, we are seeking a personable Member Service Representative/Teller to join our team. We offer a full-time position with the commitment of service excellence, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Our ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting both members and guests with their financial needs, while supporting our Teller Supervisor in daily operations.
