Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for technical support, assisting employees with hardware, software, and network challenges.
- Provide support for both office and production technology, including personal computers, printers, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and machine-connected equipment.
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and other essential business platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in both office and manufacturing settings.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets, ensuring all devices and software are updated and compliant.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Assist team members with the implementation of new tools and systems.
- Raise issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Participate in after-hours or on-call rotations to provide continuous manufacturing support when required.
