Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of experience in game design
- 2-5+ years of experience specifically in mobile or social game design
- Comprehensive understanding of the influence of social features
- Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Technical knowledge of the game development lifecycle
- Dedication to creating exceptional mobile games
- Creative objectivity in assessing market demands for products
Responsibilities
- Develop and shape game systems and mechanics while securing team approval
- Produce high-quality game design documents featuring compelling gameplay loops and clearly defined concepts
- Design user experience flows focused on engagement and monetization
- Assume ownership of key areas in game design and collaborate with artists and programmers to oversee feature implementation
- Design and analyze in-game metrics
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of features aimed at achieving key performance indicators
- Conduct rapid research and analysis on relevant competitor products
- Script and fine-tune gameplay, level designs, and other practical elements of game design
