Security Systems Analyst

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of security technologies, such as firewalls, anti-malware agents, and security logging. You'll ensure appropriate computer and network access for system users, manage user IDs and passwords for new users across Microsoft 365 and other applications, and monitor system performance while performing routine maintenance like patching and backups. Additionally, you will respond to security incidents by monitoring malware detection software and analyzing user-reported security concerns like unusual login activity. You'll oversee client inquiries, help with asset management, and collaborate with the software development team on maintenance and security needs. Documenting incident cases and assisting with security education and training will also be key parts of your responsibilities.
