Responsibilities
- I will have you investigating and resolving technical and user issues related to network, system, and application challenges.
- You will provide clear and concise communication to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues through written tickets and phone calls.
- I expect you to collaborate closely with our team of engineers to facilitate seamless service delivery and support.
- Recording technical steps, findings, and decisions in our ticketing system will be part of your duties, as well as detailing new processes and procedures in internal documentation for future reference.
Description
At Hoplite Industries, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable entry-level experience in the cybersecurity sector as a MSSP IT Support Specialist. This role is in-person, and only applicants located in or around Bozeman, MT will be considered. If you have an enthusiasm for cybersecurity and a desire to grow in this field, I encourage you to apply. While prior experience is not mandatory, familiarity with areas such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, SIEM and SOAR platforms, Windows Active Directory, M365 Entra ID, Azure, Defender, and Customer Service/Support will be beneficial for your training. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $50,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
