Behavior analyst CFA

- Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using various Functional Behavior Assessments such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, and AFLS - Designing and overseeing individualized goals and objectives for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs - Developing behavior intervention plans, monitoring their implementation, and offering feedback as needed - Conducting parent training sessions as clinically appropriate for each learner - Creating opportunities to educate staff and learners in natural settings and training others to do the same - Attending and participating in parent meetings, treatment discussions, stakeholder gatherings, and other relevant meetings - Assisting with initial training and ongoing training for behavior technicians to enhance retention and support - Fostering staff development through performance reviews, disciplinary measures, and both formal and informal training in line with our Employee Handbook and BACB standards
