Senior Analyst - Epic MyChart

- Collaborate with leadership to drive community empowerment through the development, deployment, and ongoing support of proprietary enterprise application software - Support software integral to clinical, financial, or business systems within a large integrated health network - Assess existing and proposed software functionalities against current workflow processes - Define and document system requirements by working closely with business operations to create innovative solutions - Provide expert-level support and configuration for assigned applications - Mentor new or less experienced colleagues - Adhere to HonorHealths project and change management methodologies, potentially leading moderate to high complexity projects - Participate in an on-call rotation to handle incidents, upgrades, patches, and project tasks - Troubleshoot complex user issues and enhancement requests, contributing to root cause analysis - Analyze business operations as they relate to software design decisions, prioritizing and implementing system changes - Design, test, implement, and support files and systems within established product scopes - Maintain application system build standards and database integrity, including updates to master files and security standards - Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and serve as a liaison between teams and departments - Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to prioritize needs and present new functionalities for evaluation - Assist with change management and project documentation standards as outlined by the IT department - Follow established procedures for testing, documenting, and communicating system changes - Complete other assigned duties while complying with HonorHealth policies and values
