- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Industrial Design, UX Design, Engineering, Psychology, Product Development, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Experience supervising and directing personnel and resources to achieve specific results within tight deadlines (1-3 years).
- Proven experience conducting user-centered research in educational and/or professional settings.
- Competence in Product Benchmarking and GUI prototyping (Figma, ProtoPie, Axure, Kanzi, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create presentation documents.

Responsibilities
- As the Principal UX Researcher, I will conduct research on how customers interact with mobility products and explore new technologies to enhance the user experience.
- I will collaborate with leading-edge teams to discover innovative solutions to current UX challenges and propose new value offerings.
- The role involves generating frequent proposals and proof-of-value demonstrations for potential product development.
- I will guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the SDV division, associated groups (whether regional or global), and local business stakeholders to prepare and evaluate proof-of-value projects.
