Engineer with engineering software expertise

- High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in a hotel or related sector - Preferred: Over one year of progressively responsible experience in the hospitality field - Helpful: Technical training or college coursework in a related discipline - Ability to work flexible and extended hours when necessary - Capable of exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally and over 50 pounds frequently - Strong verbal and written communication skills with all staff and guests - Effective listener, able to comprehend and clarify inquiries from employees and guests - Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing departmental activities to meet deadlines - Attentive, friendly, courteous, and customer-service oriented interactions with guests and staff - Attendance at mandatory meetings and training sessions is required - Maintain regular attendance aligned with Highgate Hotel Standards, adhering to varying schedules - Uphold high personal appearance and grooming standards, including proper uniform and nametag - Compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations for safe and effective operations - Proactive in enhancing productivity, identifying issues, and assisting in solution implementation - Skilled in problem-solving, including anticipating, preventing, and identifying issues as necessary - Ability to understand and apply complex information from various sources to achieve objectives - Willingness to engage in cross-training across other hotel operations - Must preserve confidentiality of sensitive information - Demonstrate initiative, including foresight regarding guest or operational needs - Complete additional tasks as directed by management
