- Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Create and manage dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization applications to deliver actionable insights. - Lead projects within an Agile framework, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of solutions. - Design and enhance databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database systems while adhering to database design best practices. - Perform data analysis employing SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Talend, and ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data. - Contribute to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by engaging in planning, testing, deployment, and documentation efforts. - Develop process diagrams and workflows using Visio to represent complex systems and facilitate communication among technical teams. - Participate in business analysis activities such as gap analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews to pinpoint areas needing improvement. - Assist in integrating connected data sources for enhanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
