Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional certifications are preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient understanding of networks and network protocols such as TCP/IP.
- Strong knowledge of electronic hardware, including computers, network devices, telephones, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with computer security and privacy practices.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and engage with members of cross-functional teams.
- Competence in utilizing resources to investigate root causes and identify solutions.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for the Banks computer systems via phone, in person, or through a ticketing system.
- Install and configure software and systems as per defined specifications.
- Assemble and set up PC hardware and troubleshoot hardware and communication issues.
- Deliver field support for problems that require on-site assistance.
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify and rectify problems.
- Maintain the security and privacy of our networks and computer systems.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
- Be available for on-call support during evenings and weekends, participating in an on-call rotation.
- Travel to other branch locations for on-site support when necessary.
