Senior Applications Support Engineer

- Oversee the technical administration and engineering of HubSpot, including its various hubs - Design and implement scalable data models, custom objects, workflows, and automation - Manage user roles, permissions, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and governance standards - Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across the HubSpot platform - Design, create, and maintain integrations between HubSpot and various enterprise systems - Utilize APIs, middleware, and iPaaS tools for real-time and batch integrations - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot integration challenges and improve performance - Develop advanced workflows and automation for lead management and customer engagement - Optimize CRM processes to minimize manual effort and enhance business outcomes - Identify opportunities to expand HubSpot functionality with custom code, webhooks, and serverless functions when applicable - Create and manage dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Executive stakeholders - Work with data and analytics teams to ensure CRM data aligns with enterprise reporting and business intelligence needs - Monitor and enhance data hygiene, deduplication, and enrichment strategies - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and Data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Offer technical guidance, best practices, and documentation for CRM usage and enhancements - Support change management, testing, and deployment of CRM updates - Establish and maintain governance, naming conventions, and technical standards for the CRM - Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and data retention policies - Manage system upgrades, feature rollouts, and alignment with platform roadmap
