Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Initial experience in product development or research and development is preferred
- Strong desire to learn and engage in experimentation for continuous technical enhancement
- Ability to analyze data and facilitate problem-solving in engineering contexts
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with tribology, mechanical seals, prototyping, or 3D printing is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, testing, and enhancement of new and existing products within our portfolio
- Utilize fundamental engineering principles to assess concepts, materials, and technologies
- Organize and conduct experimental tests, operate testing equipment, and gather structured data
- Evaluate test and simulation findings and create technical summaries to support informed engineering decisions
- Generate and maintain comprehensive test reports, design documentation, and engineering change records
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to address technical issues
