Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of IT Support experience (MSP experience preferred)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a strong history of customer satisfaction
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, and essential business applications
- Familiarity with operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and networks
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and/or Microsoft or Cisco
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and reassuring demeanor
- Ability to remain composed under pressure while managing multiple client requests
- Enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment without unnecessary drama
- Detail-oriented, systematic mindset, and a desire for continuous learning
- Physically capable of lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs. of computer equipment
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional onsite and remote IT support to our clients
- Troubleshooting and addressing hardware, software, and networking problems
- Effectively communicating with non-technical users to ensure they feel supported
- Installing, relocating, and setting up computer equipment, including lifting and transporting devices
- Staying proactive by mastering new technologies and enhancing your skills (we invest in our employees!)
- Collaborating within a team that appreciates your ideas, insights, and expertise
