Requirements
Must:
- Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field
- Valid drivers license (if travel is necessary)
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with Cambium Networks equipment and management tools
- Experience with Telox devices or similar communication systems
- Knowledge of Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) wireless technologies
- Understanding of fundamental networking principles (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs)
- Proficiency in working with servers, workstations, and common operating systems
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network devices
- Resolve technical issues for our internal teams and external clients
- Assist with the deployment of wireless networks, including PTP and PTMP systems
- Help with monitoring, diagnostics, and performance enhancement
- Keep accurate records of systems, configurations, and procedures
- Provide on-site and remote technical support as necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver dependable and efficient IT solutions
