Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in software development, particularly in backend development
- At least 1 year in ML/AI development with proficiency in Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, and related areas
- A minimum of 3 years experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and web/REST APIs, Python (with LangChain/LangGraph preferred)
- At least 2 years experience with SQL Azure or SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and unit testing frameworks
- Over 2 years of experience using tools like GitHub, Jira/Confluence, and preferably Microsoft Visual Studio Code or Microsoft Visual Studio
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong visioning and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to think independently while being a collaborative team player
- Excellent in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and create innovative GenAI-based products and features
- Work with non-engineering teams to utilize GenAI technologies for enhancing internal processes
- Research and document emerging technologies, providing expert knowledge on generative AI
- Promote new technology initiatives throughout the organization
- Serve as an advocate for responsible use of GenAI to benefit the company and its clients
- Mentor and guide both developers and other staff in developing GenAI skills
- Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code with minimal defects
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Quality Assurance) to achieve objectives
- Manage personal task priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Demonstrate an awareness of software and security best practices, including design patterns and principles
