Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise software development within multi-tier distributed architecture environments
- Advanced proficiency in the Java/Spring framework ecosystem and Python web frameworks
- Expertise in RESTful API design and development
- Experience in data processing tools and frameworks like Pandas and Apache Airflow
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with message brokers and event streaming technologies
- Understanding of ORM frameworks and concurrency principles
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
- Proficient in testing frameworks and build tools
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field; masters degree preferred
- Experience leading scrum ceremonies and knowledge of AI coding tools is a plus
- Familiarity with ML/AI libraries and cloud certifications is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance high-performance, scalable backend services and microservices
- Lead technical projects and guide API and event-driven architecture implementations
- Maintain data processing pipelines and oversee data workflows for large-scale operations
- Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing practices
- Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to boost development efficiency
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews while enforcing coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure code meets requirements and specifications
- Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in high-availability settings
- Analyze technical challenges and provide risk assessments and recommendations
- Accurately estimate task completion timelines and report on progress
