Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent experience preferred
- ITIL Foundations and Microsoft certifications preferred
- 3 – 5 years of experience in identity and access management automation
- Mandatory certification required – Okta Administrator
- Preferred certification – Okta Workflows Certified
- Optional beneficial certifications – Okta Consultant
- Proficient in mid-level support and administrative functions
- Good understanding of Active Directory roles, structure, and function
- Experience with Jira ticketing system
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Okta workflows for user onboarding, offboarding, and access management
- Integrate Okta with other enterprise systems and applications using APIs, connectors, and automation tools
- Manage primary user administration for Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Entra, Salesforce, Tableau, and other business applications
- Oversee access management, including Duo and OKTA MFA administration
- Handle requests for file and print share access
- Provide assistance to the Desktop Support team in additional areas when required
