Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in building automated workflows using n8n or similar platforms.
- Solid comprehension of APIs, webhooks, HTTP methods, JSON, and authentication techniques (API keys, OAuth).
- Proficient in writing JavaScript/TypeScript for workflow logic, web integrations, and custom n8n nodes.
- Familiarity with designing or implementing web dashboards and/or client portals using relevant frameworks, charting libraries, or BI tools.
- Ability to work effectively across both front-end and back-end systems (shouldn't need to be a senior full-stack architect but must handle features from start to finish).
- Exceptional debugging skills: capable of tracing problems from a client's interface, through the website, into the automation or data layer, and back.
- Strong communication abilities to articulate technical solutions in simple terms.
Responsibilities
- You will design, build, and maintain internal dashboards for our team and client-facing dashboards/portals that facilitate engagement and service tracking.
- Develop automated workflows within our web systems, ensuring everything operates smoothly.
- You will diagram workflows, program code, and connect APIs, overseeing all elements in a production environment.
- Collaborate with our founder to prioritize the development of workflows and client interface features.
- Build and manage n8n workflows linking our website, client portals, databases, AI services, and third-party tools.
- Implement error handling and monitoring to ensure stability in workflows.
- Integrate AI/LLM APIs into workflows for tasks like data summarization and content drafting.
- Document each workflow and dashboard clearly, providing guidance for internal and client use.
