Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, software engineering, or automation development.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating AI agents, AI assistance tools, or automations.
- Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with OpenAI tools, cloud platforms, or automation software.
- Capability to translate operational requirements into software/AI solutions.
- A strong problem-solving approach and innovative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI tools to enhance daily operations, including assistants, bots, automations, and bespoke models.
- Design automated workflows that minimize manual tasks for staff, such as document management, data entry, and reminders.
- Evaluate firm operations to discover areas where AI can improve efficiency.
- Train and implement AI models customized for internal applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide support for CRM platforms (experience with Filevine is a significant advantage).
- Oversee system updates, user access, and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
- Preserve documentation regarding AI workflows, automations, and IT processes.
Description
We are in search of a highly capable AI-Focused IT & Software Specialist to oversee the development and integration of AI-driven tools that enhance workflow efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and boost productivity throughout all divisions of our company. This position calls for an innovative technologist who is adept at implementing contemporary AI systems in real-world operational settings. This is a full-time role with a pay range of $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, expecting around 40 hours of work per week. The position is hybrid remote based in Atlanta, GA 30339.
