Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of experience in providing end-user technical support within a professional setting.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows devices and commonly used business applications.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with device management tools such as Intune is preferred.
- Understanding of AVD or similar remote desktop environments.
- Experience utilizing IT ticketing systems and maintaining documentation of support activities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a user-centric approach to support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily technical assistance to employees, addressing issues related to laptops, software applications, printers, and system access.
- Aid users in AVD with login challenges, session issues, connectivity problems, and overall performance queries.
- Manage and respond to support requests via the ticketing system, ensuring documentation and timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in managing devices through Intune, including enrolling devices, implementing policies, troubleshooting compliance challenges, and upholding endpoint standards.
- Set up and provide new laptops and equipment for staff, incorporating software installation, system settings, and user configuration.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including preparing equipment, configuring user accounts, and verifying system access.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Keep accurate records of recurring issues, troubleshooting processes, and general solutions.
- Escalate complex infrastructure or platform issues to the relevant IT team members as required.
- Occasionally provide on-site assistance at other company locations as necessary.
