Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in public administration, business, finance, or economics preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in economic development
- Proficiency in various software applications for creating databases, market analysis reports, and marketing materials
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capability with GIS software or online GIS applications
- Excellent communication abilities
- Results-driven with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work alongside others
Responsibilities
- Prepare market analysis, site selection reports, and community profiles
- Assist in developing marketing materials, economic development action plans, and related reports
- Support professional staff in addressing client needs and maintaining client relationships
- Manage and maintain various databases essential for ECONSolutions
- Conduct research for diverse economic development projects
- Help deliver reports and projects for clients
- Assist in preparing proposals
- Handle administrative tasks for the ECONSolutions division
- Monitor ongoing contracts and agreements
- Compile monthly updates on ECONSolutions metrics and business objectives
